In most cases, Phone Kings doesn't require you to pay upfront for your repair. There is a $35 diagnostic fee to diagnose the problem and if you decide to get your Playstation 4 fixed, that $35 goes towards the repair. If you decide you don't want to fix it or just want us to tell you exactly what's wrong , then all you pay is the $35 diagnostic fee.
